“Slow Down” is about taking a moment to be present and mindful to what I have gotten through, learned and gained strength from, and grounding myself in the present moment. No matter how fast life seems, and how things come and go, it’s important to take moments to recognize the beauty and blessing of this life, in this exact moment we are in. Trusting myself and trusting my process, and recognizing my inner strength to bring me back when I feel I am lost - finding myself through believing in myself and taking time I need for myself to heal and uplift.
